AMF season II sees a “Mission” completed

Champions: Gypsies on a Mission Grand-Finalists: Total Eclipse Futsal and Gypsies on a Mission

The second instalment of the West Coast Futsal AMF league came to a conclusion last night. The Grand-finalists Total Eclipse Futsal and Gypsies on a Mission were the form teams throughout the season, finishing first and second respectively, so the Grand-Final places were justified. The Gypsies boys defeated South Perth Pumas in the first Semi-Final and Total Eclipse defeated the Hollywood Cobras.

The Final was an end to end match that was 1-0 to Total Eclipse at half-time, but saw the Gypsie conclude their Mission with a 4-2 victory. A hat-trick to Patrick Morrison through dogged defensive work and cool finishing, was the platform the Gypsies needed to stage the comeback victory. Award winners from the night and the season are listed below.

Grand-Final MVP: Patrick Morrison, Golden Boot: Luke Proctor, League MVP: Eoghan Keegan
